Meyer and Matt Shull are on the same page about why now is the right time to add an in-house interior design team to the luxury homebuilder.

Having a significant number of new construction and renovation projects signed in the pipeline to cover the next few years is a solid base from which to launch,” commented Meyer. “The client has an immediate benefit from working with an in-house design team. The two parties can meet regularly, make changes more effectively, and exchange ideas more clearly. It’s a great close working relationship.
Meyer won’t be in the interior design office alone. His design partner of over five years, Lindsay Molinario, has also joined the team as an interior designer.
