Drivers are reporting long delays in the southbound lanes of Coquihalla this afternoon.

A travel advisory is in effect for the highway between Merritt and two kilometers north of Hope due to traffic congestion in the southbound lanes.

“Expect delays longer than two hours,” according to DriveB.C.

A long line of traffic can be seen on DriveB.C. cameras at Larson Hill, about 36 km south of Merritt.

The Department of Transportation has warned of delays along the Coquihalla as repairs are underway on the highway following flooding last fall.

BC RCMP say police were dispatched to a single-vehicle rollover in the southbound lanes of the highway in the Hope area this afternoon.

Drivers are also reporting extremely slow traffic along the Crowsnest Freeway this afternoon.

A travel advisory is also in effect for Highway 99 between Lillooet and North Pemberton. DriveB.C. advises travelers to watch for water accumulation on the road and increased rockfall in the area.
