Love Island’s Chloe Burrows praises Toby’s eye for interior design as she shares house plans

Chloe Burrows has revealed what she and Toby Aromolaran are planning to do with their home – worth £1million – and teased that it’s “slowly but surely coming together”.

The couple, who met on Love Island last year, announced in November that they moved in together and found an apartment that Chloe described as “perfect”.

They’ve since teased what parts of their apartment look like – including a large double bed in one of their bedrooms – but Chloe admitted there was still work to be done and has now revealed some of the couple’s plans.

The 25-year-old said OK!“We moved in at the beginning of November and things are slowly but surely coming together.

“We have a little furniture but the kitchen is quite empty.”

Chloe continued, “Interior decorating and furniture shopping… I don’t know what I’m looking for, I don’t know what I want, I don’t know what will be beautiful. I prefer not to.

The Love Island star went on to say that they currently have a movie theater sofa, bed and couch on the way.

Discussing their chic new sofa, she said: “It’s so cool, it’s ginormous. It’s above the ground and very high, and it can accommodate seven people to sleep.

“There are also cup holders, so it’s a cinema sofa.”

The star house has two beds and, with one room being used as a bedroom, the other room will be versatile, including space for Toby to play.

Chloe revealed, “We have the sofa in the cinema, and then Toby has a game thing because I’m banning him from the living room. So he’s going to have a game corner, and then we’re going to have an office in there.”

“It’s a pretty big room,” Chloe continued. “We’re very lucky. We’re going to put an office in there and then there’s a little extra room that I want to turn into a dressing room.”

Chloe added that their furniture shopping is “very sporadic” and the two sometimes struggle to come up with ideas for what to do with their new home.

“We often went to IKEA,” she said. “We’ve probably been like five times but we don’t know what we’re doing.”

Although Chloe admitted to not knowing much about interior design, she credited Toby, 22, with having a better eye for it.

“Toby knows what’s right and what’s wrong,” Chloe explained. “Our sofa arrived and it was really dark so I thought it wasn’t going to fit the room, so Toby came out and got all the pillows in shades of blue and gray and everything went looking pretty cool now.”
