The Ivy is one of the most sought after brewery brands and excitement has been building since news of the opening of a branch in East Street, Chichester.

It occupies the former premises of TopShop.

The brewery chain has announced that it will open its doors on Tuesday, June 21, with reservations already underway.

General Manager Barnaby Harris-Reid will oversee the restaurant while Executive Chef Arnold Ivey will oversee the kitchen brigade. Notable features include colorful artwork inspired by the region and floral designs selected by art consultant Adam Ellis, marble floors, upholstery and pendant lights – all creating an elegant yet relaxed environment for meals and cocktails all day. The brewery will also house a luxurious private dining room allowing up to 18 people to enjoy more intimate events and occasions with a personal touch. The Ivy Chichester Brasserie will serve modern British classics from dawn to dusk, including breakfast, coffees, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and cocktails . Full brasserie menus will include a selection of classic seasonal dishes, including crispy duck salad with a five-spice vinaigrette, roasted cashews, watermelon, bean sprouts, sesame seeds, cilantro and ginger, The Ivy shepherd’s pie and smoked salmon and haddock fish cake with pea and herb sauce and a soft poached chicken egg.
