The Trippy Glasgow apartment could be yours for £72,500

A flat in GLASGOW has hit the market for just £72,500 – and it could use a very eccentric buyer.
The three-bed property is bursting with color with trippy patterns and designs all over the walls.

It even features photos of celebrities such as Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, and Princess Diana in the insane artwork.
Images of the property show a combination of bright hues, swirling patterns, odd dots and shapes on the walls and ceilings – giving the apartment a mind-blowing feel.
Sales agents Westgate Estate Agents admitted that the property ‘requires a degree of cosmetic upgrading’.
But they insisted it could be a “development opportunity” for potential buyers.

They said: “We are delighted to offer this three bedroom apartment for sale in the sought after Kingspark area of South Glasgow.
“Needs some degree of cosmetic upgrading but offers spacious accommodation in a popular location.
“The property includes: welcoming reception entrance, generous living room, with bay window, kitchen.
“There are three well-proportioned bedrooms, all of which have room for additional free-standing furniture as required and an en-suite bathroom.
“The property benefits from UPVC double glazed windows, gas central heating with a modern combi boiler and private gardens.”
But not all house hunters are convinced.
A viewer said, “The weirdest thing is the photo of Princess Di in the middle of it all.
“It’s a great place and a good price. Someone will have a good enough spot once it’s cleared out.
Another added: “The location, the view, the price…everything is pretty decent.
“But many greats needed to remove the psychedelic, drug-crazed decor.

“It gave me a headache looking at the pictures and I like crazy and bold stuff. Not groovy.”
Meanwhile, a third joked: ‘Holy c**p, did someone slip the LSD decorator?’
